Enter the draw only if you agree to the 'Christmas Prize Pack Terms and Conditions'.
Entries will only be accepted with a photo of your receipt attached or with a photo of you with the giant QR code in the background.
Entries with a photo of you with the giant QR code in the background must include your email address.
Each receipt or photo can only be used once per entry. Multiple entries using the same receipt or photo will be removed from the draw.
You must complete all the required fields as detailed.
Your information is only collected for the purposes of the draw unless you agreed to receive further offers by email otherwise it will be destroyed after the Christmas Prize Pack has been collected.
Entries close midnight 22nd December 2013. The draw will take place during business hours of the 23rd December 2013.
As the draw is made winners will be contacted by telephone. When you win the draw you need to answer the phone and confirm details you provided in your entry otherwise your entry will become invalid and another draw made until all the winners have been contacted and confirmed by telephone.
You need to accept the Christmas Prize Pack in person. If you are not at the designated address at the time and day arranged prior to 24th December 2013 the hamper will be redrawn or given to a chartiable organisation or if after 26th December 2013 the goods and or services will be returned to the providers of those goods and services.
For security purposes the cash portion of the prize pack will be direct credited to your New Zealand bank account. OnionSkin takes all care however no responsibility to process your payment in a timely manner. OnionSkin banks with Wespac bank and you may experience processing delays outside of our control. Any fees you may experience receiving the deposit are at your expense.
Any items in the hamper with an age restriction will require proof of age with suitable identification to be shown at the time of acceptance otherwise those items will be removed from the hamper.
All care taken but no responsibility for suitability, damaged or faulty goods or services. No cash exchanges, warranties expressed or implied unless the provider of the goods and or services has specifically provided for in writing and supplied with the good(s) and or services.
We may ask to see a copy of your receipt or photo so leave a copy on your phone or keep the original.
While we do our best to provide goods and services from local business you may find a hamper item that isn't. Please accept it in the spirit in which it was intended or contact us to make arrangements to return it and we will find it a new home.
When you provide us with a photo or you win you agree to free publicity of those photograph(s) including you receiving the prize pack with the knowledge that OnionSkin and the providers of the good(s) and or service(s) may use the photo on websites, social media and print media.
All decisions are final and no correspondence including text's and email will be entered into.
These terms and conditions will be updated from time to time as part of our effort to be as clear and fair as possible and comply with New Zealand law.
